Welcome!
Thank you for visiting my homepage.
I am a research associate at King's College London, and member of Prof Sue Grimmond's Environmental Monitoring and Modelling Group at the Department of Geography. I am also a civil engineer and have been an academic with 9 years of teaching experience at the Department of Civil Engineering at De La Salle University. I earned my Ph. D. under the mentorship of Prof. Manabu Kanda at Tokyo Institute of Technology, where I researched about coherent turbulent structures in the urban boundary layer.
My current research interests are in: understanding the turbulence organised structures over urban atmospheric boundary layer, specifically the mechanisms that are involved in inner- and outer-layer turbulent transport and their interrelationships; integrating monitoring and modelling for urban climatology, such as determining the mixing layer height from ceilometry data. From hydrology and hydraulics, to turbulence in urban atmospheres, my research interests have evolved. If you are interested in discussing about research, please feel free to contact me directly through email.
